Mark your calendar! The City’s annual Holi Festival of Color returns on Saturday, March 8 from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Generations Park at Boys Ranch, 2801 Forest Ridge Dr.

Holi is an ancient Indian celebration that marks the beginning of spring after a long winter and is symbolic of the triumph of good over evil. The festival will include live performances by a local Indian dance group, a DJ, food trucks, community mural, craft vendors, face painters, airbrush and henna tattoo artists, and more!

The highlight of the festival will feature throwing colored powder into the air and on one another, creating a bright sea of colors. This year, there will be two color throws that occur at 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m.
