Bedford residents who were unable to provide input online about the city’s Sidewalk Connectivity Plan will have one final opportunity to share their ideas in person.
The City of Bedford will host come-and-go feedback sessions on Tuesday, September 29, at City Hall, 2000 Forest Ridge Dr. Residents may attend during either of two time periods: 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. or 5 to 7 p.m.
The sessions will not include a formal presentation. City staff will be available to answer questions and help residents identify locations where they would like to see a new sidewalk section.
The in-person sessions are intended only for residents who did not submit feedback through the online map. Residents who already shared their ideas online do not need to attend because their feedback has been received.
After in-person feedback is collected, staff will identify the highest-priority sidewalk segments, including potential locations around schools, and develop a timeline for when those segments may be added.
The City of Bedford will continue communicating updates about the Sidewalk Connectivity Plan. Residents with questions can email engineering@bedfordtx.gov.
