BPD to Host Free Basketball Summer Camp for Incoming Bedford 6th Graders

Let’s shoot some hoops! The Bedford Police Department is hosting a free summer basketball camp for incoming 6th grade boys and girls at The Bedford Center YMCA (2801 Forest Ridge Dr.) the week of June 23-26. From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., campers will learn dribbling, passing, rebounding, and shooting skills, as well as defense and teamwork. You must provide lunch for your camper Monday-Wednesday, and the group will be cooking out on Thursday.

Please note, this camp is open to Bedford elementary schools only.
