Celebrate the sights and sounds of the season at North Richland Hills City Hall during this year’s Fall at the Hall, a month-long celebration featuring live music, movies, art, and family fun. Every Saturday in October, residents are invited to enjoy free community events on the outdoor plaza at 4301 City Point Drive.

The festivities begin with the Autumn Sounds Concert Series, held on September 27, October 4, and October 11, with concerts starting at 7 p.m. and seating available at 6 p.m. Families can bring lawn chairs or blankets and enjoy an evening filled with live music, food trucks, and a Kids Zone. The October 11 performance will include a spectacular light projection show by Lightware Labs, creating an unforgettable finale to the concert lineup.

On Saturday, October 18, the plaza transforms into an outdoor movie theater for NRH Movies at the Plaza, featuring the Halloween classic Hocus Pocus (PG). Guests are encouraged to dress in festive attire and bring blankets or lawn chairs for a cozy night under the stars. Popcorn and snacks will be available for purchase.

The seasonal fun continues with Pumpkin Point on Saturday, October 25, from 5–8 p.m. The family-friendly festival includes carnival games, crafts, live owls and raptors, a hayride shuttle, magician, DJ, costume parade, and more.

Throughout October, visitors can also enjoy the Pop-Up Art Gallery: Seasons of Change, showcasing autumn-inspired works by local artists in the City Hall lobby, open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
