City, TRWD to Host ‘Wildflowers at Home’ Class

Have an area in your yard that stays dry or gets neglected? A wildflower patch might be the perfect solution! The City is teaming up with the Tarrant Regional Water District to hold a free Wildflowers at Home class on Saturday, March 22 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Bedford Library, 2424 Forest Ridge Dr.

Participants will learn the benefits of planting wildflowers, how to choose the right plants, prep the area, short and long term maintenance, and more. The class is free to attend, but online registration is required.
