Holiday Closings; No Garbage / Recycling Collection

City Hall and other non-emergency city services are closed for the New Year’s holiday on January 1, 2026. There will be no garbage/recycling service on New Year’s Day. Thursday collections will be picked up on Friday and Friday collections shift to Saturday.

Republic Services’ priority for Friday and Saturday will be collecting household waste. Brush, bagged leaves and bulk items may not be collected until the following week.
