The Hurst Public Library is inviting teens to take part in its Teen Innovation Panel, a program designed to give young people a voice in shaping library services and activities.
Participants will have the opportunity to earn volunteer hours while helping librarians plan teen-focused services and assist in running library programs. This hands-on experience allows teens to contribute their creativity, leadership, and ideas to enhance the library’s offerings for the entire community.
To join the Teen Innovation Panel, interested teens must:
- Be 14 years of age or older
- Hold their own Hurst Public Library card
- Complete the Volunteers in Action application
This is a unique chance for teens to develop leadership skills, gain volunteer experience, and make a meaningful impact on their community while working alongside library staff.
Applications are open now—don’t miss your chance to help shape the future of teen services at the Hurst Public Library! Click here for more information!
