Mosquito fogging scheduled near two traps

Ground spraying for mosquitoes will begin near the 7000 Shady Grove Road and 151 Bear Creek Pkwy. West collection sites as early as tonight after mosquito samples collected this week tested positive for West Nile Virus.

As our fogging vendor works to accommodate all their area customers seeing positive tests, Keller is confirmed to see service two nights between Thursday, Aug. 1 and Sunday, Aug. 4.

Efforts will target roads within a half-mile of each trap, with work between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. Gated communities: Please open your gates both nights if you wish to have your streets sprayed.
