The NRH Senior Center has an exciting lineup of events this September 2025, offering opportunities for fun, learning, and community connection!
Garage Sale – September 5 & 6
Find unique treasures and great bargains at the Senior Center’s annual Garage Sale, happening on:
- Friday, September 5: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday, September 6: 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
The event is open to everyone and will be held in a fully air-conditioned space for your comfort.
September Luncheon – September 17
Join fellow seniors and community members for the September Luncheon on Wednesday, September 17, at 11:00 a.m., hosted in partnership with Nations Insurance Solutions. It’s a great opportunity to socialize and connect with others.
Breathing Techniques & Chair Yoga – September 18
Improve your well-being with Breathing Techniques & Chair Yoga, taking place on Thursday, September 18, at 10:00 a.m., presented in partnership with CenterWell Senior Primary Care. This session is designed to promote relaxation, flexibility, and better health.
