Santa Cops Returns

To spread holiday cheer, the Bedford Police Department is partnering with the Christmas Providers organization, a nonprofit, to help fulfill Christmas wishes for Bedford families affected by unfortunate circumstances. Through Santa Cops, new, unopened gifts will be delivered to children that might have otherwise not received presents on Christmas.

Beginning Thursday, November 7, you can stop by the Bedford Police Department (2121 L. Don Dodson Dr.) or City Hall, Building C (1805 L. Don Dodson Dr.) and select a Wish Tag from the Santa Cops Wish Tree located in each building’s lobby. Then, purchase the gift(s) from the list and bring it unwrapped to the Police Department by 5 p.m. on Friday, December 13.

If you do not want to purchase a gift but would like to donate, monetary donations will be accepted at the Police Department front lobby through December 13. Cash and check donations will be used to purchase a holiday meal and any unpurchased gifts. For additional information on Santa Cops, please visit www.bedfordtx.gov/santacops.
