Updated Hours at Temporary Bedford Animal Shelter in Euless

As many of you know, the Bedford Animal Shelter is temporarily operating out of the former Euless Animal Shelter (201 W. Euless Blvd.) while our shelter undergoes a major renovation and expansion project.

Now that the City of Euless has officially moved into its new animal shelter, Bedford Animal Services is the sole agency operating from the temporary shelter. With that transition complete, our public hours have been updated to:

• Monday-Friday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Saturday: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
• Sunday: Closed

Whether you’re looking to adopt, register your pet, surrender an animal, report a stray, or drop off donations, you can continue to visit us at the temporary shelter located at 201 W. Euless Blvd.

Our Bedford Animal Shelter is currently being transformed with expanded space, improved facilities, and upgraded accommodations for both pets and staff. The project is expected to be complete in spring 2027, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back once construction is finished!
