Word on the Streets – NRH
The reconstruction of Sierra Drive was completed this week and the paving contractor is now working on Wood View Street. It should take about 3 weeks for crews to remove the old asphalt pavement on Wood View, stabilize the subgrade and lay the new asphalt pavement. After paving is complete on Wood View, the contractor will move to Daniel Drive.
Other upcoming projects include Kirk Lane, Post Oak Drive, Crystal Lane, Windhaven Road, Lake Side Circle and South Crest Drive. Prior to the street reconstruction, upgrades are being made to the water and sewer lines located beneath the street and repairs are made to the curb and gutter, where needed.
