NRH Senior Center Health & Education Events – September 2025

The NRH Senior Center is offering an exciting lineup of health and wellness activities this September 2025 to keep members engaged and informed.

• September Birthday Party: Celebrate with friends on Monday, September 8 at 2:00 p.m., hosted in partnership with Healing Hands Healthcare.
• Bingo Days: Join in the fun on Wednesday, September 10 (10:30 a.m.), Thursday, September 11 (2:00 p.m.), and Wednesday, September 24 (10:30 a.m.). Registration is required; members may attend two out of the three sessions.
• National Chocolate Milkshake Day: Indulge your sweet tooth on Tuesday, August 12 at 3:00 p.m., sponsored by Lucas Funeral Homes and Cremation Services.
• Flu Shot Clinic: Stay healthy with a flu shot on Tuesday, September 16 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., in partnership with Tom Thumb. Registration, insurance, ID, and a completed form are required.

These events are designed to promote community, health, and fun for seniors in North Richland Hills.
