NRH Street & Facility Propositions on Nov. 3 Ballot

North Richland Hills voters will consider 4 street and facility propositions on the Nov. 3 ballot. The propositions will be at the end of the ballot, after the state and county races.

• Library Open House, 9015 Grand Ave.

2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 17

• Fire Station 2 Open House, 4001 Rufe Snow Dr., park across the street
• Fire Station 3 Open House, 5328 Davis Blvd., park at business next door
